VENUE OF THE CONFERENCE
The Conference will be held at the following venues:
- The World Bank headquarters on 17 April : 1818 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20433
- The IMF headquarters on 18 April: 700 19th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20431
Participants may collect their badges and conference documents/folder during the first day and second of conference at the registry desk situated in the main entrance of the World Bank and IMF Buildings after going through security check.
You will need to bring your official ID to go through security at the entrance of the World Bank and the IMF. We recommend that you keep your conference badge, security badge and your official ID at all times with you during the conference.

We recommend that you book your hotel room fast as it will be a busy season in Washington DC due to the Spring Meetings at the World Bank and the IMF.
Kindly note that we are not able to make hotel reservations on behalf of participants. Should you require help with booking a hotel room, we invite you to get in touch directly with the embassy of your country present in Washington DC for assistance.

If you need a letter facilitating your visa request, please indicate it in the registration form.
To and From the Washington Dulles International Airport:
Kindly note that the conference organizers will not be able to arrange transportation from and to the airport. Taxi fare from Washington Dulles International airport to the hotel is approximately 70$. It should take around 30/35 minutes to reach the hotels in downtown DC from the airport. We also encourage you to get in touch with your embassy to arrange pick-up.
Within Washington DC during the conference:
The World Bank and IMF headquarters are conveniently located in downtown Washington DC. The conference venues are easily accessible by walk or by taxi from the hotels suggested in the list.
April’s weather in Washington DC is typically temperate, with some chances of light rainfalls. Temperatures range from 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius) to 70-degree Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius).
